Distribution Support Services Overview

As an interface to DST's third-party distributed mutual fund customers, Distribution Support Services:

  • Serves as a liaison between fund companies and broker/dealers, positioning DST's TA2000 mutual fund shareholder recordkeeping system as the preferred platform.
  • Improves the level of automation that exists between fund companies that use TA2000 and their distribution partners.

In addition to providing technologically advanced features, the Distribution Support Services organization properly works with the asset management companies and intermediaries to provide a superior level of service and level of automation.

Two distinct groups within Distribution Support Services cater to specific segments of the third-party distributed marketplace:

  • Home-Office Services focuses exclusively on the needs of the broker/dealer and trust company home office. This group supports DST's NSCC interface, as well as Vision HomeOffice. Learn more.
  • Advisor Services concentrates on the independent financial advisor and RIA marketplace and is committed to facilitating distribution by making it easier for advisors to do business with DST's mutual fund and variable annuity customers.
